Towel Cakes

After a couple of wedding shower invites, I decided to try making towel cakes.  I used a few of my own towels to give it a try and it worked out well!

I purchased a few towels off each bride's gift registry.  I have to say, I'm very happy with the results!

The first cake I made was for long-time family friend.  Made with white towels with some pink accents.

 

The second cake was made for my husband's cousin. Made with ice gray towels with purple accents. 

 

 

And my most recent cake was made for a good friend. This cake made with slate color towels and had white and pink accents.
